This contract is ideal for people who do not have the time to deal directly with their customers. If you are not 'on hand' it can be extremely beneficial to employ Ace Management Services to take good care of both your property management and your guests.
Our job will involve dealing with enquiries from your clients, vetting clients to make sure they are suitable, handling client complaints, keeping booking calendars and availability charts, keep spreadsheet records of all your rentals, managing all bookings, taking deposits and payments and banking them for our owners, holding damage deposits and making relevant deductions if any damages. A full property check will be made before releasing the damage deposits back to your clients. Our commission will be deducted from the booking payment and statements issued to clients at the end of each month.

We will meet with clients at the property, inspect the property and advise on equipment needed, whether providing basic or luxury rental. Maximum rental potential, security, all aspects of renting. You can also use this service should you require us to oversee any building work when you are not here. Dealing with builders on the telephone can sometimes lead to misunderstanding, or if you need to order any furniture or electrical equipment, just let us know and we can take care of all your needs. The last thing you need to do on your holiday is spend your time sorting out the problems from the last time you were here.
Ace Management Services in-house cleaning and maintenance services are tailored to suit the needs of owners/family/friends or clients. We can supply you with pre-cleans, end-cleans, laundry service for owners linen or even supply new ones on a rental basis, we can even steam clean all mattress' and upholstery once a month, welcome food packs, extra maid service, courtesy calls, maintenance calls, in fact any service you require. We can provide 24 hour emergency callout cover, and assistance in any emergency situation.

Airport Transfers and Meet-Greet.
It is often quite a nerve racking experience driving in another country, especially if you do not know the area, so we would arrange to pick up your guests from Larnaca or Paphos airport and transfer them to your property anytime. We can then arrange local car hire at reasonable rates, or return them to the airport at the end of their stay.
