Regular and General Community Meetings: We provide provision of detailed information to the owners with respect to every action taken.

Community Insurance Policies and Claims: We contract all necessary insurances searching for best and most appropriate company and we process the follow-up on all building insurance claims whenever they are needed.

Community Administration Records: We record and keep all documentation on yearly basis, including Minute Books, contracts, estimates and agreements, together with all other Community documentation for the Developers as and when requested.
