When we visit your property we check everything is secure, clean and tidy, we turn on or off all the services, test the equipment, gas, electricity, light bulbs etc. to ensure that the holiday home is in perfect condition. Logbooks are held on each property and we submit monthly reports to our owners.

Monitoring.
Our 24 hour monitoring services offers you even further security at our Central Monitoring Centre, where we will look for any faults or intruders while you are away. We know what it means and how important to secure your goods and property and we supply you with updates immediately should anything occur.
